At Just Girls Boutique, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During sales, launches, and peak holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Just Girls Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@justgirlsboutique.com before your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, Just Girls Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

We are happy to assist you in filing a claim when possible.

Local Pickup 

Local pickup is available at checkout for customers in the area. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to Canada. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with their order.
