RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Store credit after 10 days
- Store credit on all discounted merchandise
- Merchandise 50% off or more is final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange
- No refunds on shoes without original box
- No refunds on worn shoes
- Just Tee's must also be in the original, unopened packaging
- Items purchased at charity and pop up events are returnable for store credit ONLY
- No refunds on merchandise without tags
- All gifts are returnable for store credit or exchange only, no refunds
- No adjustments on previous sales
- All sales final after 30 days
To complete a return we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as your full name, address, e-mail and phone number. For your protection, please pack your return item securely and return your order with an insured track-able courier and retain your receipt. Just Girls Boutique is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned, exchanged or damaged items. We are unable to accept returns of worn or damaged items.
